The Port Authority of Ceuta has promoted a significant increase in investment of around €3.5 million to improve the perimeter protection of the port enclosure, which includes the best available technology; these include structural fences with high-sensitivity anti-intrusion soundproofing, access gates of the same characteristics, CCTV closed-circuit television systems, with Search Light technology , which will be installed with an advanced high-precision video system in 20 m high towers, which will allow the cameras and lighting to be repositioned in areas where an intrusion is detected, thanks to the integration of systems and the improvement of the current video surveillance management system.
