XXVII Iberoamerican Course

Puertos del Estado, in collaboration with CIP/OAS, is organizing the 27th Iberoamerican Course on Port Management, which will take place in Madrid, Spain, from September 29th to October 31st, 2025.

Puertos del Estado will award up to 22 SCHOLARSHIPS to selected participants.

The course is intended for port professionals holding managerial or high-responsibility positions within a port administration or authority from OAS member countries. It will be delivered in person at the facilities of Puertos del Estado and will feature renowned experts and professionals from Spain and Latin America as speakers. The program includes lectures, workshops, conferences, and a field study trip.

The call for applications and the application form can be found on this page. Each applicant must submit all required documents as specified in the call to the CIP Secretariat via email at mambriz@oas.org, with a copy to cip@oas.org, no later than Friday, June 20th, 2025. To ensure that the application and supporting documents are complete and correct, the CIP Secretariat strongly recommends submitting applications before the deadline.
