Extension of Initial Concession Term

Taking into account the doubts that have arisen regarding the processing of extension requests provided for in said Tenth Transitional Provision of the Consolidated Text of the State Ports and Merchant Marine Law and the technical complexity of some of the procedures that need to be developed, Puertos del Estado has deemed it appropriate, in exercising the function assigned to it in Article 18.1.n) of the aforementioned Consolidated Text, to proceed with the preparation and publication of a document, which can be obtained from the link located on the right side of this page, containing specific recommendations for the implementation of the aforementioned new Tenth Transitional Provision.
