Management Reports

The Management Report of the State-owned Port System compiles, on an annual basis, an analysis of the management carried out by the general interest ports in each fiscal year. In this way, it fulfills one of the competencies assigned to Ports of Spain by the Consolidated Text of the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Marine, in Article 18, which states: 'draw up an annual report on the execution of port policy, which will include the analysis of the management carried out in the general interest ports, and send it to the Ministry of Transport, which will submit it to the General Courts.
