Infrastructure master plans

In compliance with the provisions of Article 19.3 of Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental, Puertos del Estado makes available to the public the scoping documents of the strategic environmental studies corresponding to the Infrastructure Master Plans that are currently subject to ordinary strategic environmental assessment.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 21.2 of Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de evaluación ambiental, Puertos del Estado provides the public with the initial version of the Infrastructure Master Plan for the Port of Motril and its corresponding Strategic Environmental Study.

Finally, pursuant to Article 26 of the aforementioned Ley 21/2013, the full text of the approved Infrastructure Master Plans ratified by the Governing Council of Puertos del Estado is published.
