General Registry of Service Providers Companies

The consolidated text of the State Ports and Merchant Marine Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2011, of September 5, establishes in Article 120 the creation of the General Registry of Port Service Providers by Puertos del Estado. Order FOM/36/2014, of January 10, determines the data to be included in the Registry and also regulates the procedure for the registration of companies in it.

Likewise, the regulations governing ship fuel supply services establish the obligation to provide information on the entities authorised to provide ship fuel supply services in their various modalities, including the supply of shore-side electricity and alternative fuels.

Based on the above and in the interest of transparency in the provision of port services and commercial in the general interest ports, this Registry is made available to the public.
