In accordance with the provisions of Article 347.2 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, which transposes into Spanish law the Directives of the European Parliament and the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014, the Contractor Profile of Puertos del Estado is hosted on the Public Sector Contracting Platform.

In this profile, it is possible to consult the contractual activity of this public entity, as well as relevant information in the field of procurement, without the need to be registered on the Platform.

On the other hand, participation in the tender procedures of this public entity requires, as a prerequisite, the registration of the bidding economic operator as a user on the aforementioned Platform.
