Taking into consideration the concerns that have been raised with regard to processing files for the extension of the period provided for in such Tenth Transitory Provision of the Revised Text of the Law on Puertos del Estado and the Merchant Marine and technical complexity of some of the procedures that must be developed, Puertos del Estado has deemed it appropriate, in exercise of its role as attributed in art. 18.1.n) of the aforementioned Revised Text, to draft and publish a document that can be obtained from the link on the right side of this page, which contains certain recommendations for the application of the aforementioned new Tenth Transitory Provision.
