Code of ethics and conduct

The Governing Council of Puertos del Estado, in its session no. 232 on May 21, 2024, approved the Code of Ethics and Conduct of Puertos del Estado. This code encompasses, among other matters, the preservation of human rights, respect for individuals, non-discriminatory conduct related to the hiring of persons, works or services, resource management, anti-corruption practices, loyalty to the company, integrity, confidentiality, and responsibility in relations both with other parts of the administration and with third parties.

This Code applies to all members of the Puertos del Estado Public Entity, including members of the Governing Council, the Presidency, senior management, and all staff of Puertos del Estado, regardless of their position or the role they perform. Compliance with this Code is mandatory.
