Marta Ferrero Heras

Marta Ferrero Heras is a communications and institutional relations professional with more than 30 years of experience and an extensive career in the public sector and inter-administrative coordination.

Appointed Corporate and Institutional Relations Director of Puertos del Estado (Spain's State Ports) in June 2026, she previously served as Deputy Director of Communications and External Relations at Red.es, an agency under the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service. Prior to that, she worked as an Executive, Commercial, and Communications Director in the public sector, as well as in IT consulting, project management, and automation across various companies in both the public and private sectors.

Holding an Executive Master's degree from ESADE, she specializes in strategic communications management and organizational leadership.
